Alexander Wittmann is a computer scientist as well as a German and European Patent Attorney at KUHNEN & WACKER Intellectual Property. He studied computer science with a minor in electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich and completed an LL.M. course specialising in European intellectual property law. He also holds a Diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe. Alexander Wittmann is a sought-after expert and is one of the few patent attorneys with a Master’s degree in law, a Master’s degree in computer science and a specialisation in electrical engineering. This qualification enables him to have an understanding of both the legal and technical aspects of patent litigation.
